Was on my way to work and tire blew up also shredded the shock housing. I called them and they were open on sunday and gave me a good discount on the tire and also fast tracked me in so i could go back to work the same day. If i could give these guys a 10 star review they do a good job they are friendly and fast tracked me in and i am very grateful for their help. My dog and i had to wait under an hour and i was able to hit the road for my job this morning. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart and i will keep coming to them for my future tire needs from now on.

Big O Tires at Parkmoor and Meridian did an awesome job on my Subaru. I am a woman, live alone and really do not know all there is to know about a car and/or very little. The employees described everything needed in layman's terms that I totally understood. Even if you have to drive a little out of your way to buy new tires or, have your servicing that needs to be done, I would strongly suggest driving out of your way to get the awesome service provided at Big O Tires Parkmoor and Meridian San Jose!!

I had an appointment at the Big O Tires location on Moorpark Avenue in San Jose for a tire rotation, wheel alignment, and oil change. After dropping off my vehicle around 11:00 AM, I received a call around 2:30 PM telling me my vehicle was ready. During the call, I specifically asked whether the alignment, tire rotation, and oil change had all been completed, and I was told they had. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged $129 for the alignment and $140 for the oil change. Before leaving, I reviewed the paperwork and discovered that the alignment report attached to my invoice was actually from December 2025, from a previous alignment. I returned to the service desk and asked for the current alignment report. Another employee checked with the technician and informed me that the alignment had not yet been performed. I was then asked to wait another 45 minutes so they could perform the alignment, even though I had already been told the work was complete and had already paid for it. When I requested a refund for the alignment instead, I was initially told that refunds would have to go through corporate. Fortunately, the store manager became involved and arranged for the align

I have recently made the switch from dealership to BigO; best decision ever! I feel listened to, and staff is always polite and friendly which makes it easier to go get your car looked at. Angel was great at explaining what was wrong. He kept me posted about progress at all times! I’m very grateful to have Big O!!!
